Welcome to the beautiful Lake Louise State Recreation Area, a wilderness park located in Alaska's Copper Valley Region.

Fishing: Many anglers from miles around come to Lake Louise State Recreation Area to catch lake trout that can weigh as much as 20 pounds. Other fish include arctic gralying and whitefish.

Camping: Lake Louise State Recreation area has 67 campsites and no RV size limit. Come out and spend a few nights and see the northern lights. 

Wildlife: Lake Louise State Recreation Area is home to moose, bears, wolves, foxes, lynx, and many others. Please treat their home with respect when visiting.
