Welcome to Oak Park located at the edge of Monte Sano Nature Preserve in Huntsville, Alabama. All of the ball diamonds are lighted, the picnic shelter has grills, and one can access the preserves trails at this park.

*The following are prohibited in all city parks; alcoholic beverages, damaging park property including buildings, athletic facilities, trees, etc, golfing, weapons.
*The following activities require special permits; amplified sound, camping, climbing trees, conducting of sales, open-burning, operating of gas powered watercraft, soliciting, setting off fireworks, swimming, water-skiing.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed.
*Brahan Spring Park lagoon is the only place where one may fish but possession of an Alabama State Fishing License is required.
*Unless otherwise posted, all parks open at sunrise and close an hour after sunset.
