Welcome to Morehart Park in Mabelvale, Arkansas. The City of Arkansas purchased this land from the Morehart Estate in 1973 and turned it into a park in 1980.

Note: The park's official website says 43 acres but the courthouse documents total up to the acreage listed below.

Little Rock Arkansas Park Ordinances

*The following require special permits; overnight camping, sales, solicitations, public speeches.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas, picnicking, organized sports play, swimming.

*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, littering, alcoholic beverages, disorderly conduct.

*All persons age 6 and up must use the restroom of their designated sex.

*All dogs must be leashed no longer than 5 feet.
