Welcome to Arkansas's beautiful Petit Jean State Park located in the Ozark Mountains near Morrilton. This is Arkansas's first state park and has attracted visitors for many decades and will attract them for many decades to come. 100 acre Lake Bailey attracts many fishermen and is open to non-motorized watercraft. One can also come out and explore many miles of hiking trails.

Camping and Lodging: Many of the park's facilities were built by the Civilian Conservation Corps under President FDR. This includes the lodge as well as 33 cabins (21 of which have kitchens). The park also has 125 campsites, 35 of which are class AAA and 90 class B.
