Cesar Chavez Park

Welcome to Cesar Chavez Park located in Phoenix, Arizona. This is one of the larger parks in the city and is named after Cesar Chavez, a Mexican American farm worker who worked in the fields until he was 25 years old when he became a civil rights advocate. Today this park is named in his memory and offers non-motorized boating opportunities, a skate park, as well as lighted basketball courts, softball fields, and baseball fields making it possible to play at both day and night. Come have some fun in the Phoenix sun.

*All sales require special permit.

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Arizona Traffic laws.

*The following activities are only allowed in designated areas; flying remote control aircraft, fishing, swimming, golfing, picnic grilling.

*Tennis shoes must be worn on the tennis courts and the courts may only be used for their designated purpose.
