British Columbia Provincial Parks

Welcome to British Columbia's beautiful Stein Valley Nlaka'pamux Heritage Park. This wilderness park was first established on November 22, 1995 and helps to protect the Stein River watershed as well as what was prime hunting and fishing ground for the Nlaka'pamux People for many thousands of years. Some of the resident wildlife include mountain goats, both grizzly and black bears, mountain lions, barred owls, golden eagles, and many others. The Stein River is great for paddling as well as fishing. Come out and explore.
