Welcome to the beautiful and world famous Rincon Beach Park located on the beautiful Pacific coast of Carpinteria, California. It was the Beach Boys who helped make this place famous when they mentioned it in the lyrics of their hit Surfin Safari. This place is home to some of the best surfing in the State of California. Santa Barbara County Park Ordinances

*Defacing of public property including buildings, fenches, athletic facilities, trees, etc, is strictly forbidden.

*All parks open at 8 a.m. and close at sunset.

*The following activities require special permits; soliciting, selling alcoholic beverages.

*All campfires are restricted to fire rings.

*Do not harm any plants or animals.

*Help keep these places clean by putting trash in it's proper place. No littering!

*The following are all prohibited; fireworks, overnight camping, narcotics, weapons.
