Welcome to California's beautiful Mount Diablo State Park. This mountain's summit has an elevation of 3,849 feet and was a sacred place to the Native Americans. For the Miwok Tribe it was considered to be the place where they were created. The park itself was first established in 1921. Some of the park's wildlife include gray foxes, bobcats, mountain lions, deer, and coyotes.

This park has 56 developed campsites. The picnic area has grills. To contact the park office please call 925-837-2525.
