Welcome to Jalapa Park located in Covina, California just a few blocks north of Interstate 10. This park has many trees, a picnic area with grills, and a playground for the kids to come out and have fun and get some exercise!

Covina California Park Ordinances

*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 10:00 p.m.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages, defacing public property, disorderly conduct, golfing, harming of wildlife, illegal drugs, littering, nudity, smoking.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; archery, bicycles, fires, motor vehicles, organized athletic play, remote control aircraft, skating, swimming.

*The following require special permits; amplified sound, metal detectors, overnight camping, sales.

*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than 6 feet) and waste removed.
