The beautiful Tolowa Dunes State Park helps protect some of Northern California's finest coastal wetlands and attracts bird-watchers from miles around due to being home to over 100 avian species. Some of the park's terrestrial wildlife include white-tailed deer, and raccoons and some of the aquatic wildlife include seals and gray whales. The park is named after the Native American tribe that once inhabited the region. Come out and explore miles of multipurpose trails.
