Koligian Park is a nice neighborhood recreation area in Fresno, California on the campus of Norman Liddell Elementary School. To reserve the picnic shelter or other facilities please call 559-488-1502. The three full basketball courts are lighted and the multipurpose field is great for kite-flying on a windy day or a game of soccer on any other day. You will likely have to bring your own soccer goals and boundaries.
