Welcome to Purisma Creek Redwoods Open Space Preserve located in nothern California's Santa Cruz Mountains over Half Moon Bay. Many hikers come here to see Purisma Creek Canyon with it's lush ferns and towering redwood trees that are centuries in age. Sawmills once operated in the region and there is still evidence of them today.
