Welcome to the Garin/Dry Creek Pioneer Regional Parks located in Hayward California.

Park History: This park has been a popular outdoors destination for local residents since the late 19th century. The park's Dry Creek Cottage was a summer home of three Alameda women named Jeanette, Edith, and Mildred Meyers.

Throughout the early and mid 20th century the Meyers sisters were heavily involved in charity and fund-raising events. They were also the owners of the 1,200 acre Dry Creek Ranch and donated it to the park district in 1979.

For the lover of the outdoors this park boasts over 20 miles of multipurpose trails, the Jordan Pond fishing pier, several picnic sites, and so much more. Come on out and explore.
