Welcome to California's Tomales Bay State Park located about 40 miles north of the bay area. For thousands of years this land was occupied by the Coat Miwok Native Americans. The first known European to explore the area was Sir Frances Drake back in the 16th century. Come out and launch a boat and explore the bay.
