Welcome to Long Ridge Open Space Preserve in La Honda, California. The history of this park dates all the way back to the California Gold Rush days when a man named Winston Bennett first owned the land. Since then it has been a ranch, an orchard, and a boarding school before becoming the lush and beautiful park that it is today.
