Fort Ord Dunes State Park

Welcome to California's beautiful Fort Ord Dunes State Park located on the Pacific Coast near Marina. Come out and explore over 4 miles of beach with beautiful views of Monterey Bay. This park is the site of old Fort Ord which was used by the Army from 1940 until 1973 in order to prepare 1.5M soldiers for conflicts in WWII, Korea, and Vietnam.
