Welcome to the beautiful and diverse Manning Park, a Santa Barbara County Park located in Montecito, California. One will not easily run out of things to do here. One can play some tennis, use the multipurpose trails, or use the picnic area with grills. It is a popular destination for bird-watching. To reserve a picnic area or other facilities please call 805-568-2465.

Santa Barbara County Park Ordinances

*Defacing of public property including buildings, fenches, athletic facilities, trees, etc, is strictly forbidden.

*All parks open at 8 a.m. and close at sunset.

*The following activities require special permits; soliciting, selling alcoholic beverages.

*All campfires are restricted to fire rings.

*Do not harm any plants or animals.

*Help keep these places clean by putting trash in it's proper place. No littering!

*The following are all prohibited; fireworks, overnight camping, narcotics, weapons.
