Welcome to Sharp Park in Pacifica, California. This park was named for George Sharp, the man who previously owned the land. Today this park helps protect a diversity of wild habitats including costal wetlands, forests, and grasslands. One of the wild animals that can be found here includes the California red-legged frog which is the species of frog in the Mark Twain story "The Celebrated Jumping Frog of Calaveras County."
