Nevada City California Trails
Welcome to California's beautiful Malakoff Diggins State Historic Park located in Nevada City. This park was once home to California's largest hydraulic mine that was the result of the mid-19th century California Gold Rush. The gold miners did their toll on the mountain's rocks by using water to wash them away in order to find the gold. Come out and learn some history or explore 20 miles of hiking trails.
