Welcome to Dinosaur National Monument located in northwest Colorado near the Utah State Line. 


Park History: Here at Dinosaur National National Monument the name says it all! Scattered throughout the park one can find numerous dinosaur fossils. The visitor can also find rock paintings and other traces of the park's human history which dates back over 10,000 years. Some of the tribes who occupied this region include the Fremont followed by the Ute and Shoshone. 


For the lover of the outdoors Dinosaur National Monument boasts hiking trails, rafting on the Green River, and so much more. Come on out and have a blast!
