Welcome to Fossil Creek Park located on the shores of the Portner Reservoir in Fort Collins, Colorado. Except for the Roller-Hockey Court all of the park's athletic facilities are lighted so people can play at night. The soccer field is informal so please bring your own goals and the field is also a great place for kite-flying on windy days.

*Unless otherwise posted or unless one has obtained special permits, all parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycles, fires, golfing, motor vehicles, skating.

*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages (except at certain special events), defacing public property, glass objects, harming of wildlife, littering. 

*The following require special pemits; bonfires, campfires, camping, conducting group events, feeding of wildlife, operation of motorized watercrafts, planting new plants,
