Welcome to Prairie Dog Meadow Natural Area in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Wildlife: This park helps protect the home of over 160 species of plants. Some of the resident animals include foxes, coyotes, deer, red-tailed hawks, and of course prairie dogs. Please treat their home with respect when visiting.

*Unless otherwise posted or unless one has obtained special permits, all parks open at 5:00 a.m. and close at 11:00 p.m.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycles, fires, golfing, motor vehicles, skating.
*The following are prohibited; alcoholic beverages (except at certain special events), defacing public property, glass objects, harming of wildlife, littering.
*The following require special pemits; bonfires, campfires, camping, conducting group events, feeding of wildlife, operation of motorized watercrafts, planting new plants,
