Toepfer Park is an active neighborhood park in the Rocky Mountain foothills of Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This park's picnic shelter has grills and a 40 person capacity.

While visiting any Highlands Ranch Park it is important to know the rules.

*Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

*Glass objects are not allowed in the parks.

*All weapons are prohibited.

*All parks open at 5 am and close at 11pm.

The following activities are prohibited on park grounds; Golf, Playing with BB guns, paintball guns, and archery equipment, Camping, Dumping and littering. Please place all trash in proper containers.
