Welcome to the beautiful Trap Pond State Park and Midlands Wildlife Area in Laurel, Delaware. This park is a beautiful wetland preserve where one can do some great bird-watching and even see a bald eagle. The United States Government owned this land before giving it the State of Delaware in 1951 when the park first opened. The Civilian Conservation Corps built many of the park's facilities. Non-motorized watercraft can be rented in the park and only small motors are allowed to be launched.

130 of the park's campsites have electricity and water.

To contact the park office please call 302-875-5153.
