First Green of Spring

There is nothing like the first green of Spring as is illustrated in this photo of the forest canopy that was over our heads. It seems everyone was spending all their time walking around looking down for the 4 inch tall native orchids, which are very rare and beautiful. But I had to stop just to look up and see the beautiful greens as the sunlight was through the leaves.
