Florida State Parks

Welcome to the beautiful Torreya State Park located in northern Florida on the banks of the Apalachicola River just west of Tallahassee. The Civilian Conservation Corps helped build this park's facilities back in the 1930's. With over 100 species of birds it's a popular bird-watchers destination.

Hiking: Come out and explore over 16 miles of what are ranked as some of Florida's most challenging hiking trails. People will also enjoy the historic 1840's Gregory House.
