Welcome to Deerfield Island Park located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This beautiful island park can only be accessed via watercraft. Come out and explore the half mile nature trail and you may see ospreys, pelicans, raccoons, alligators, or one of many others. This park first opened in 1980 and the initial plan would not have left it as naturally preserved as it is today. Many school field trippers come here to see the butterfly garden.
