Welcome to Crystal Springs Road Park in Jacksonville, Florida. This park was first established in the summer of 1994. The community center is named after a man who served as the parks director for 8 years, Julian W. Barrs. The tennis courts at this park are lighted and allow for night games. The eight picnic shelters have grills so bring some meats for cooking.
