Welcome to Jacksonville's Eartha H. Napoleon Park located in the northern part of the city.

Park History: Once known as Harts Road Park the land is now Eartha H. Napoleon Park was a portion of a 16,000 acre tract of land that John Broward gave to the Spanish Crown in the early 19th century. Broward's grandson, Napoleon Bonaparte Broward II served as Governor of Florida from 1905 to 1909. The street which it is on was named after Isaiah Hart, the man who founded the City of Jacksonville. In 2001 the land was generously donated to the City of Jacksonville by the Montgomery Land Company and Robert King. The park first opened to the public in October 2003 and in 2007 the name was changed to remember local community activist Earth Napoleon, who fought so hard for the park's creation.

Today this park offers a lot for the residents and visitors of Jacksonville. The basketball courts at this park are lighted and allow for night games. Come on out and have fun!
