Welcome to Lake Ashby Park, located in Florida's beautiful New Smyrna Beach. Lake Ashby itself is named after Major James Ashby who fought for the United States in the second Seminole War. This park offers nature trails, awesome canoe and kayak adventures, and much more. It gives wildlife habitat to bobcats, white-tailed deer, raccoons, pelicans, and many others. Come out and explore! The campground is a primitive campground which means no fancy hookups.
