Welcome to Sugar Mill Ruins in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. As the name suggests this place was once the site of a Sugar Mill. It was known as the Cruger-dePeyster Plantation.

When visiting any Park in Volusia County Florida please respect the rules.
*The following are prohibited in all Volusia County Parks, glass objects, weapons, explosives, metal detectors, foul language, destructive behavior, littering, harming plants or animals.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed. Dangerous animals will be asked to leave.
*Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at dawn and close at dusk.
*Vehicles must obey the 10 m.p.h. speed limit and all other State of Florida traffic laws.
*All burning is restricted to picnic grills and firepits.
