Welcome to the beautiful Myakka River State Park, one of Florida's oldest and largest State Parks located along the Myakka River. The scenery and the aquatic recreational opportunities here are breath-taking.

Boating: Both motorized and non-motorized watercraft are allowed. One can take a tour through the park on of two of the world's largest airboats. The Myakka River boasts nearly 70 miles of canoe and kayak trails. 

Camping: The park has 90 campsites with electricity and water. One can also stay in one of the park's cabins built by the Civilian Conservation Corps.

Trails: The park contains a 7 mile biking trail as well as nearly 40 miles of hiking trails.
