Elinor Klapp-Phipps Park is a beautiful forest and wetlands preserve in Tallahassee, Florida that was first established in October 1992. Most of the park remains in a state of nature but there is also an active Meadows Soccer Complex. The land, located on the eastern shores of Lake Jackson, was previously owned by a man named Colin Phipps.

*The following are only allowed in designated areas; fires, fishing, golfing, motor vehicles, swimming.
*The following require special permits; overnight camping, sales.
*All dogs must be leashed and waste removed.
