Washington Park is an urban green space located in downtown Macon, Georgia. Like many parks across the United States it is named for George Washington the first President of the United States.

Macon-Bibb County Park Ordinances
*All parks open at 6:00 a.m. and close at midnight.
*The following are prohibited; defacing public property, removal or soil, littering, off road vehicles, fireworks, alcoholic beverages.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; bicycles, motor vehicles, camping, swimming.
*All persons ages 16 and under must wear helmets when riding bicycles in parks.
