Welcome to one of Iowa's oldest state parks, the beautiful Pilot Knob State Park, a beautiful forests and grasslands oasis near Forest City. This park was first established in 1923 and the Civilian Conservation Corps helped build many of the park's facilities including the stone tower where one can experience a spectacular view of the place. There are multipurpose trails for all seasons inside the park just waiting to be explored. The campground has both electric as well as non-electric sites.

To contact the park office please call 641-581-4835.
