Welcome to Elk Rock State Park located in Knoxville, Iowa on the shores of the Red Rock Reservoir. This park helps protect habitat for 35 species of mammals, 54 species of trees, 62 species of wildflowers, 43 species of fish and over 200 species of birds. Come out and spend a day on the lake or explore over 13 miles of multipurpose trails.
