Welcome to Idaho's beautiful Massacre Rocks State Park located on the banks of the Snake River near American Falls. There was once an old west Wagon Skirmish around here and that's now the rocks got their name. Another neat historical fact about this park is it is located around the remains of an ancient extinct volcano. Come out and try your luck at the 9 hole disc-golf course.

Wildlife: Some of the resident wildlife at Massacre Rocks State Park include bald eagles, beavers, blue herons, coyotes, rabbits and many others. Please treat their home with respect when visiting.
