Welcome to Three Oaks Park located in Cary, Illinois. This small park was donated to the village in 1988 and serves as a detention pond. The park got it's name from the fact that it has three oaks standing on the property, a red oak, a burr oak, and a white oak.

Cary, Illinois Park Ordinances 

*All parks open at dawn and close at dusk except for lighted areas which close at 11 p.m. 

*All children ages 5 and up must use restroom of their designated sex. 

*The following are all prohibited; foul language, boisterious behavior, defacing public property, dumping, littering.

*The following activities require special permit; overnight camping, consumption of alcoholic beverages, sales and solicitations.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed. 

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Illinois traffic laws. 

Please respect these rules, the parks, and all local, State of Illinois, and United States statutes.
