Wisegarver Park is an active urban park in Champaign, Illinois. It was donated to the City of Champaign in 1986 by a generous man named Thomas Wisegarver. This park has two full basketball courts, a soccer field, two ball diamonds, and a playground.

When visiting any Park in Champaign, Illinois it is important to know the park rules.

*All animals must be leashed and waste removed. Pet waste helps spread disease.

*Alcohol is not allowed in the parks.

*All vehicles must remain in designated areas.

*Please enjoy the parks only during the hours posted.

*All burning is restricted to picnic grills.

*All vandals will be prosecuted and charged for property damage.

*Groups larger than 25 people must get special permit. If the group is planning a big event such a concert or fundraiser then the permit may cost money. Insurance may be required. For more info please call 217-398-2591
