Fults Hill Prairie State Natural Area



Welcome to the Fults Hill Prairie State Natural Area, nearly 1,000 acres of woodlands, wetlands, and prairies located near Chester, Illinois. Plants and wildlife: This park is very rich in the number of species living here. Some of the park's plants include Indian grass, pale purple coneflower, Missouri orange coneflower, white prairie clover, violets, bluebells, and many others. Some of the parks animals include foxes, deer, squirrels, raccoons, and dozens of species of birds including bald eagles. Please treat their home with respect.
