Welcome to Chicago's Don Nash Community Center located in the South Shore section of town. For many years this building was a YMCA before being purchased by the park district in 1991. It's recreational facilities are all indoors. It is named for an active member of his local community and the first African-American to be Vice President of Community and Governmental Affairs.
