Welcome to Chicago's Hale Park located in the Clearing Community next door to Hale Elementary School. This city first purchased this land in 1947 as part of a post World War II effort to provide more recreational space for it's citizens. The park is named for renouned patriot Nathan Hale who was hung by the British Crown and is most famous for saying "I only regret that I have but one life to lose for my country." Today this park offers numerous recreational opportunities and hosts stage plays year round, a pumpkin patch in the fall, and much more. Come out and have fun!

To contact the park office please call 773-229-1032.
