Welcome to Chicago's Limas Playground Park located in the South Lawndale neighborhood. This park was first established in 1926 and was known as Trumbull Park for State Supreme Court Justice and United States Senator Lyman Trumbull. In the early 1980's the park's name was changed to honor the memory of a youth of the region who was killed by gang activity.
