Welcome to Chicago's Pasteur Park located in the West Elston neighborhood not far from Midway Airport. This was one of many city parks established to meet growing recreational needs after World War II. It is named for world famous French scientist Louis Pasteur. There are many after school programs for kids during the school year and day camp programs during the summer. The tennis courts and soccer field are lighted so people can play at night.
