Welcome to one of Kane County's oldest forest preserves, the beautiful Elburn Forest Preserve located in Elburn, Illinois. It is a forest of oaks, hickories, and many others and also home to the largest known shagbark tree in Kane County. Some of the resident wildlife include raccoons, white-tailed deer, and flying squirrels. Come out and explore.
