Elgin Illinois Parks
Like New York City and many others around the United States, Elgin has a park named Central Park located on the banks of the Fox River. It's former owners the Lord Family generously gave this land to the City of Elgin in the first decade of the 20th century. It's location next to a railyard makes it a nice place for train-watching.
