Welcome to Henderson County State Fish and Wildlife Area located near Gladstone, Illinois. Though small in size, this preserve offers numerous recreational opportunities twelve months a year. This is a good place for ice-skating in the wintertime. Some of the fish to be caught in the 27 acre Gladstone Lake include sunfish, bluegill, catfish, and crappie. There is a boat launch but allows for electric motors only. Come on out and explore!
