Chittenden Park is a small suburban neighborhood park located in Gurnee, Illinois. It has an open grassy field suitable for many types of activities, a half-basketball court, and a playground.
Gurnee Park Rules
*Parks are open from 8:00am until Dusk
*Please respect other's use of the park while you enjoy the park.
*All animals must be leashed and waste removed and remain off the playgrounds and athletic fields.
*Skateboards, bicycles, tricycles, scooters, and inline skates are prohibited on and near all playgrounds.
*Parents are responsible for child's conduct and supervision at all times. Use discretion as to your child's physical ability to use playground equipment.
*Games and sports may be played in designated areas only.
*All vehicles parked after dusk will be towed away at owner's expense.
*The following are all prohibited; loitering, firearms, metal detectors, golfing, alcoholic beverages.
*Organized league games and practices require permit.
*Stay on designated trails when hiking and show courtesy to the park's natural setting.
