Charles L. O'Brien Park is a small suburban neighborhood park in Lincolnwood, Illinois. This particular park is open daily from 6 a.m. until 9 p.m. and it has a playground and two half-basketball courts.

Lincolnwood Park Ordinances.

*Consumption of alcoholic beverages as well as public intoxication is stricly prohibited in all village parks.

*All dogs must be leashed.

*Tree-climbing is strictly prohibited.

*Damage to park property including trees, buildings, benches, athletic facilities is prohibited.

*The following activities are only allowed in designated areas; ice-skating, picnicking, swimming

*No littering! Please help keep the parks clean and dispose of all trash in proper containers.

*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Illinois traffic laws.
