Walnut Ridge Park is an active suburban neighborhood recreation area in Naperville, Illinois. The baseball facility is a backstop and the multipurpose field is a great place for a game of soccer of kite-flying on windy days.
Naperville Park Ordinances
*The following are all prohibited; consumption of alcoholic beverages, playing with remote control cars or aircraft, feeding of wildlife, engaging in violent or disorderly behavior, defacing public property, panhandling, soliciting, littering, public urination, hunting, sleeping.
*All dogs must be leashed (no longer than six feet) and waste removed.
*The following are only allowed in designated areas; boating, grilling, fishing, golfing, swimming, bicycling.
*The following require special permits; camping, organized assemblies, charitable events, sales, metal detectors.
*All vehicles must stay in designated areas and obey all State of Illinois traffic laws.
*Unless otherwise posted all parks open at dawn and close one hour after dusk.
